At Next Tee, we strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for every participant. Please review our refund policy before purchasing lessons or lesson packages.

1. Individual Lessons

Payments for individual lessons are refundable if the lesson is canceled at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time.

If a lesson is canceled less than 5 hours before the scheduled lesson, no refund will be issued, and the full lesson fee will be charged.

No refunds will be provided for missed lessons or no-shows.

2. Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Next Tee.

Unused lessons cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.

Lesson packages are intended for the registered participant and may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Next Tee.

3. Instructor Cancellations

If Next Tee cancels a lesson due to instructor availability, severe weather, facility closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered one of the following:

• A full refund for the canceled lesson, or

• A rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.

If the canceled lesson was part of a lesson package, the lesson will simply remain available on the participant’s package.

4. Medical or Emergency Circumstances

Refund requests due to serious illness, injury, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Next Tee.

Documentation may be requested when appropriate.

5. Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

6. Promotional Discounts and Gift Certificates

Promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift certificates and promotional credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

8. Policy Changes

Next Tee reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect lessons or packages already purchased.
