Effective Date: July 30, 2026

Welcome to Next Tee. By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any lesson, clinic, camp, or other service offered by Next Tee (“Next Tee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Participant,” or if under 18, the Participant’s parent or legal guardian) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration, agree to these Terms & Conditions, and sign any required waivers before participating.

2. Lesson Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled through our designated booking platform or directly with Next Tee.

Lesson availability is subject to change based on instructor availability, weather, facility conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Next Tee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons when necessary.

3. Payment

Payment is due after your lesson, or unless it is a package before your first lesson in the package.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the scheduled lesson.

Package lessons must be paid in full before the first lesson unless otherwise approved by Next Tee.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Participants may cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty if notice is provided at least 5 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellations made with less than 5 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (“no-show”) will also result in the full lesson fee being charged or one lesson being deducted from any lesson package.

Exceptions may be made at Next Tee’s sole discretion for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

5. Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are intended solely for the individual participant who purchased them unless otherwise approved by Next Tee.

Unused lessons do not have cash value and are non-transferable.

Package lessons are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Next Tee.

6. Weather Policy

Golf is an outdoor activity and may be affected by weather.

If a lesson must be postponed due to lightning, severe weather, unsafe course conditions, or other circumstances determined by the instructor, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Light rain or windy conditions may not automatically result in cancellation.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons.

• Follow all instructor directions.

• Demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, other participants, and facility personnel.

• Use equipment responsibly.

• Immediately report any injury or unsafe condition.

Next Tee reserves the right to end a lesson without refund if a participant engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Equipment

Participants may use their own golf equipment or approved loaner clubs provided by Next Tee when available.

Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care while using loaner equipment.

Parents or guardians may be financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or reckless conduct.

9. Medical Conditions

Parents, guardians, or adult participants are responsible for informing Next Tee of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical limitations that could affect participation.

Participation is voluntary, and participants acknowledge that golf involves physical activity that carries inherent risks.

10. Assumption of Risk

Golf and golf instruction involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Being struck by golf balls or golf clubs

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Weather-related hazards

• Physical exertion

• Equipment-related injuries

Participants voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation.

11. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, participants release and hold harmless Next Tee, its owner, instructors, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliated facilities from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in Next Tee activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Photography & Media

Unless a parent, guardian, or participant provides written notice requesting otherwise, Next Tee may photograph or record participants during lessons or events and use those images or videos for promotional, educational, or social media purposes without additional compensation.

Parents or guardians may opt out at any time by providing written notice.

13. Communication

By registering, participants consent to receiving communications from Next Tee regarding:

• Lesson reminders

• Scheduling updates

• Weather cancellations

• Program announcements

• Billing matters

Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

14. Code of Conduct

Next Tee strives to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, violence, or conduct that endangers others will not be tolerated.

Next Tee reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

15. Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, lesson plans, logos, branding, graphics, videos, and written content provided by Next Tee remain the property of Next Tee unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

16. Changes to Services

Next Tee reserves the right to modify lesson offerings, pricing, instructors, schedules, locations, and policies at any time.

Changes will not affect lessons already completed.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any signed waiver, release, or policy documents provided by Next Tee, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Next Tee regarding participation in Next Tee programs.
